ABOUT US
|
For nearly two decades Leavenworth Rentals,
Inc. has been serving the Ft. Leavenworth, Leavenworth, and
Lansing communities as a full service rental management company.
Our management portfolio includes duplexes from
$400 to $950 monthly and single family homes from $700 to
$1,650. All our properties are within a 15 mile radius of
Ft. Leavenworth. We have homes ranging in age from 1 to
100
years old in all major subdivisions in the area. Leavenworth
Rentals, Inc. has earned a positive reputation on Ft. Leavenworth
with the Post Housing Referral Office. To accomodate the
incoming personnel, most of our properties become available
for occupancy
no later than July 1st each year.
STAFF:
Hillary Anderson is our Property
Manager at Leavenworth Rentals. She has been a resident of
the Leavenworth/Lansing
communities since 1994. Hillary brings to Leavenworth Rentals
experience in both real estate and property management. Her
attention to detail is a benefit not only to the investor,
but to prospective and current tenants. She is an active
member of a local Baptist Church, and a former teacher.
Nathan Anderson is our Maintenance Coordinator.
Nathan has worked in the home remodeling field for the past
7 years. He handles clients needs in a timely and professional
manner. Nathan is an active member of a local Baptist Church
where he volunteers his services.
